This review emphasizes the importance of acknowledging these rights, particularly highlighting the need for discussions on open science. By referencing principles from international agreements, it seeks to reframe science not as a privilege but as a fundamental human right. However, this right does not come without responsibility and duty; specifically, the responsibility to adhere to and promote the scientific method.
